Why is Yamaguchi beer so needed in Australia? Why when you want to buy Japanese beer in Australia would you want to buy Yamaguchi?
1) It tastes so nice. We could wax eloquent all day and night about how the hops are from Belgium and some of the malt is from England or how it's made but really at the end of the day you have to taste some. That's the only way to make sure.
2) It's made with a centrifuge. This is the latest space age technique for makng great beer as it draws gently out hte natural oils contained in the hops and malt and infuses that special flavour into the beer in a way that traditional filtering just cannot.
3) It's made with Japanese water. Rather than some famous Japanese beer that is made in China or the Phillipines, or some is made in Australia using (most probably but we can't say for sure[but we would love to take the bet]) scheme water, ie water that has fluoride in it, ...
Yamaguchi beer is made with pure water from the extreme south of Japan's Honshu island which has been filtered by mountainous rocks over the course of 10 years and then is collected from 200m down.
That's what we mean by getting serious with our water.
4) Guided by experts. A humble listening and meticulous and committed to continual improvement brewing crew is teamed up with the most famous brew pub in Japan, 'Popeye", who under the guidance of Japanese craft brew godfather 'Aoki San' give their constant input, direction and guidance in how to make the beer better, and better, and better.
We could go on, but that's enough for now. This beer's good. Try it!
